X-O Manowar Turok Dinosaur prototype trading card

I picked this up in a lot of Valiant comics & cards from a dealer in New York State.
It appears to be the XO Turok Valiant Era promo done as an "etched foil" card,
similar to the First Appearance Valiant Era chase cards.
